What Makes My Program So Different?

Well, just like you I’ve struggled with my weight after the birth of my son and on into my forties due to a sedentary desk job and I tried everything to get the pounds to melt away.  But let’s face it none of the gimmicks on television, nor weight loss pills, nor anything short of surgery is truly effective, right???

Hmmm….. maybe not.  In fact, after struggling for years I decided to do some research and made an amazing discovery – and sadly it’s NOT rocket science but simple principals that anyone can follow. But that is the CATCH..you must FOLLOW the program!

I have incorporated this amazing discovery into each and every one of my workout programs which include resistance training, cardio, and a manageable nutrition plan.

You will succeed but you must follow all of the guidelines I share with you and make a commitment to change your life forever!

(And just between you and me, you won’t have to give up ice cream sundaes and pizza forever – but you will learn more about how to enjoy all of your favorite foods in moderation.)

How Do I Keep You Accountable?

**There are Monthly Weigh-ins, Measurements, Fitness Tests, and Bodyfat Calculations

**You are provided with a manageable nutrition plan that you MUST try to adhere to. When you don’t follow the plan, the consequences are evident at your monthly weigh-in!!

**You must come to your class or appointment! Your nutrition plan is based on the amount of exercise you are participating in.  If you don’t show up, the results will show up in your measurements!
