I’m feeling terrific so far. It’s funny…when I get my diet in check I immediately notice my mid-section drops all of the water it’s retaining and I look leaner even after a couple of days!
Here’s today’s plan…
Today’s Menu – M-1 Whole Grain Muffin w/Natural P-nut butter, M-2 turkey and veggie, M-3 chicken breast, veggie and potato, M-4 Rice Cakes w/Natural P-nut butter, M-5 Yogurt if I’m still hungry.
Workout – leading 4 boot camps and will do some extra leg work at my home gym.
Squats, Extensions, Leg curls, Calves.
