ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-One Personal Training is perfect for those

who prefer not to work out with a large group and

who want the private interaction with a personal

trainer.  You can select a program that is anywhere

from 1-4 times per week depending on your fitness

goals and your budget.

You can also work out with a friend in a small

group setting (no more than two people) which is

a great money saver and you can keep each other motivated

and accountable!

All programs include Online access to nutritional logs, a workout and

cardio calendar, suggested recipes and menu/shopping lists and take

place at my private studio located in Diamond Valley.  I can also design

a workout that you can use at your local gym on the days you are

unable to work out with me.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

A more affordable method of training is my Online Training Program.

Online training does require someone who is self-disciplined and someone who is able to self-motivate.  You will have email support from me via email as well as monthly phone consultations.  Plans vary from four to twelve weeks and include a nutrition plan and online video workouts.
