I decided this week that I am going to move forward with my plans to do a photo shoot and I am going to begin preparation for the Pacific USA Competition in August 2010.
My trainer, Kim Oddo, has recommended this show and I definitely don’t want to argue! lol.. He is truly an expert at what he does and I have learned so much from him in the past. BUT…He has also suggested that I switch to the Bikini class which I am hesitant just because I LOVE figure but again will trust his judgement.
So this blog will include informative posts but in between will also have updates with the progress of my competition prep slated to start in May/June.
TRAINING -Today is Day Off for training
MEALS – will go as follows:
M-1 Whole-Grain Muffin with Natural P-nut Butter
M-2 2 Rice cakes with Natural P-nut Butter
M-3 Turkey and an Orange
M-4 Grilled chicken breast with a salad
M-5 If I’m still hungry I will have a fat free yogurt.
